Tart Saison – 6 pack
This limited-release saison was aged with a mixture of yeast and lactic acid bacteria for three months in reclaimed wine barrels. This adds a refreshing tartness to the beer, complementing the mild spicy and floral aromas imbued by the saison yeast. As the beer ages, it will get progressively tart, funky and earthy.
So drink some fresh and keep some for a few months at cellar temperatures and see how it evolves!
Ingredients: Water, malted barely, malted wheat, hops, yeasts and beneficial bacteria.
